WS_FTP Professional, offered by Ipswitch, Inc offers a good collection of security features as well as transfer and configuration settings. One license is $54.95, however, they charge $89.95 if you want support. Multiple licenses have better rates, such as 10 for $595 or 20 for $950 with support. They also offer versions in non–English languages and server and developer packages.

This FTP program can securely transfer files by SSL / FTPS, SSH / SFTP type connections and through PGP mode utilizing 256-bit AES type encryption algorithms. It can check by SHA256 and SHA512 file verification.

With this program you can configure general, connection, prompt, transfer and interface settings. It also has good backup tools; you can schedule and compress files quickly to a USB or DVD drive or to a network directory, server connection, an FTP site or an Internet Hosting Service. It can also mirror files and perform selective transfers.

This service offers free technical support for 60 days, embedded help files, hosts an active user forum and offers help documents in German and French.

On the whole, this is a competitive FTP product with good backup and security tools, however, if you need a higher level of security see SmartFTP or CuteFTP Pro.
