Rhino Software’s FTP Voyager offers some good connection abilities and a useful collection of user tools. One license is $39.95 with one year of upgrades, they also offer department, site and enterprise licenses.

In terms of security this program can work with 128–bit SSL encryption as well as FTPS and SSH type exchanges and is compatible with the SOCKS 5 type firewall. It can also set port ranges for using SSL through a NAT router. This FTP program can verify transfers by XCRC.

This program also supports on–the–fly streaming compression and file synchronizing and mirroring. It can run multiple threads and can limit transfer times. It can import from CuteFTP, WS_FTP, FTP Explorer, BulletProof FTP and Crystal FTP sites.

This program is available in English, German, French, Italian and Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Version 11 is available in Russian and Korean. Their homepage is available in English and Chinese.

FTP Voyager has an up–to–date looking interface and is easy to use. However, we couldn’t tell whether this product works with 256–bit SSL connections and it would be nice if they hosted an active user forum.
