FTP Now can perform multi–threaded transfers and offers unlimited technical support. One license is $29.95 or you can order multiple licenses for as low as $9.95/each.

This program offers the basics like entire folder transfers, a drag & drop tool and a customizable interface. However, we could find little information on the type of secure transfers it supports and they do not relate what proxies or protocols the program supports, other than CERN.

Although they offer unlimited technical support, online they only post a glossary and a getting started guide. So if you are the type that wants to be able to look up information instantly, rather than waiting for an email response, FTP Now is not a good choice for you.
